Hello! My name is Susan Scribner, and I am the school counselor at Mantachie High School. I have my Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree from Eastern Illinois University. I have my National Board for Counselors and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from John Marshall Law School. I have been in the field of education for 13 years as a Physical Education teacher, coach, and now a counselor. I love working with the students and helping them make wise decisions so that they can be successful academically, socially, and emotionally.
I offer individual and group counseling.
If at any point in the year a parent/guardian feels that something has changed in their child or they are having issues with something, please feel free to contact me at the school or fill out the parent referral form. The form can be filled out at home and sent to school with the student. When you fill out the paper, please put as much information as you can so that I can better understand the situation.
