Itawamba County School District has instituted a new cell phone policy beginning Friday, August 1, 2025. Students will not be permitted to have a cell phone or smart watch on their person at school. Cell phones and smart watches must be turned off and placed in a backpack or purse for the entirety of the school day. Please encourage your student to adhere to this new policy. School will be closed Monday, September 1st for the Labor Day holiday. School will resume on Tuesday, September 2nd at regular school hours.

School day pictures for grades 7-11 will be taken on Wednesday, August 20th. Be sure to check these out and order!

Mantachie High School has instituted a requirement change for Early Grads beginning with the 2025-2026 school year. ALL Early Grads MUST have taken the ACT by July 31st in order to be considered for early graduation. Students who have NOT taken the ACT by July 31st, 2025 will NOT be considered for Early Grad status for the 2026 Commencement.
